Bonnet Cotton Beaujolais Bas Les Masques is a wine produced mainly with the Gamay grape variety. This wine has an organic approach, with grapes harvested by hand from several plots that follow organic farming practices, including vineyards managed by Bonnet Cotton and some other friendly producers such as Domaine Les Souriants and Domaine Les Garçons.
Winemaking
The winemaking process is meticulous: the wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for eight months in concrete tanks, without any filtering treatment or added sulphites. Moreover, this wine stands out for not undergoing fining, which highlights its authentic and natural character.

Bonnet Cotton Beaujolais Bas Les Masques has a complex and surprising taste profile. On the nose and palate, it offers a range of red fruit aromas such as sour cherries and red berries.
