Kumpf & Meyer cultivate the grapes according to the principles of organic farming: they are harvested by hand, and no adjuvants are used during the vinification process. Except for sulphur in very low doses. Among their favourite wines are the fragrant Kumpf & Meyer Alsace Je Suis de Marne 2016, the perfect blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris, the fruity and juicy Kumpf & Meyer Alsace Pinot Noir 2017, and Kumpf & Meyer Alsace Riesling Westerberg 2016. Also, Kumpf & Meyer Alsace Riesling 2016, light and crisp, Kumpf & Meyer Restons Nature Pet Nat 2017, ancestral and crazy auxerrois and pinot gris, and Kumpf & Meyer Crémant d'Alsace Brut 2017. Their wines express different sensations through their complex and unique aromas. Their appearance can be cloudy, because they are not filtered, or a little fizzy, because of the CO2 in the bottle.
