Alessandra Divella 's vineyards are planted on a soil of mixed composition, rich in limestone, fossils and clay, characteristics which, together with the significant variations in temperature between day and night typical of the hilly area, favour a perfect concentration of aromatic substances on the grape skins. The winery manages 2 hectares and produces around 7,000 bottles a year. The grape varieties cultivated are the traditional Franciacorta, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which are processed in the winery with spontaneous microvinification activated only with indigenous yeasts to preserve the aromatic quality typical of the type.
The vineyards are managed with a deep respect for the environment and following sustainable viticulture practices. The ageing on lees is spread over a period of 2 to 5 years, depending on the peculiarities of the vintage and the grape. All the wines are Brut Nature (without dosage), i.e. without the addition of expedition liqueur, and are presented in their absolute frankness, without the need for make-up or touch-ups before leaving the cellar that has patiently cradled them for a long time.
