Direct pressing of Chardonnay and Garnacha. Free-run fermented with indigenous yeasts with part of de-stemmed Grenache bunches and skin soaking for 6 weeks. Aged for 4 years in used oak demi-muids. Bottled with 35 gr of residual sugar, oxidative style and no added sulphites.
