Description
Mogwai red wine is a unique cuvée made by Stéphane Cyran in the Lorraine region. This wine is produced mainly from Gamay grapes.
Winemaking
Mogwai ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and whole bunches, undergoing an 8-day skin maceration process. It is then aged for 22 months in fibre tanks. This wine is bottled without fining, filtering or adding sulphites, thus respecting its original flavour and characteristics.
Taste
Mogwai is a young red wine belonging to the Vin de France appellation, produced in the Alsace region. This wine is characterised by being fruity and juicy, being ideal to enjoy as an aperitif. This wine is perfect to pair with Iberian cold meats and white meats, thanks to its fruity and juicy taste.
