The Mas Coutelou winery is recognised worldwide for being one of the leading producers of certified organic wines since 1987. One of its most popular wines is Mas Cotelou Blanc.
The grapes with which this wine is made come from vineyards in which the best native grapes of France are cultivated under traditional methods, resulting in this incredible wine that you can not miss.
Winemaking
This wine is made with Macabeo and Granache Gris grapes. These grapes undergo a direct pressing process. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation is then carried out with indigenous yeasts. The wine was aged on its fine lees in concrete tanks for a period of 10 months.
Finally, Mas Cotelou Blanc is bottled unfiltered and unclarified.
