Winemaking
The grape varieties that make up this wine are Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Merlot. These grapes are grown following biodynamic practices, which means that the natural balance of the vineyard is respected and the use of chemical products is avoided. Vinification is carried out with the utmost natural care, adding hardly any sulphur, which guarantees a pure and unadulterated wine.
