The red 2023 Embruix has a commercial profile with some creaminess and spiciness from the élevage in oak, along with ripe black fruit and aromatic Mediterranean herbs. It was produced with the grapes from younger vines. In 2023, the blend is 28% Merlot, 27% Garnacha, 21% Cariñena and 12% each Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has high ripeness and 15% alcohol, reflecting a warm and very dry year of concentration and power but keeping a pH of 3.1. 77,333 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2025.
