The wine that used to be called Idus is now the 2022 Priorat de Vall Llach, produced with grapes purchased from farmers (paid at a fair price) and some of their grapes from Scaladei and Torroja to make an old-vine cuvée of 90% Cariñena and 10% Garnacha that really reflects the Priorat character with the rusticity and dustiness of the dirt tracks, ripeness with black berry fruit and aromatic notes of herbs. It's powerful and serious, somewhat classical, matured in French oak foudres of different sizes for 14 months. 9,325 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2023.

Fermented in oak barrels of 300 and 500 litres with 12 days of post-fermentative maceration. Aged for 10 months in new and second year 300-litre French oak barrels and 2,000-litre foudres.
