Its Cream Romate is born from a perfect combination of the Palomino grape, which gives it structure and elegance, and the Pedro Ximénez, responsible for that natural sweetness that makes it so special.
Elaboration
The vineyards grow on white, porous albariza soils, which retain moisture and give the grapes a unique character. The ageing process follows the traditional system of criaderas and soleras, where Cream Romate matures in American oak casks, gaining complexity over time. This process, where the old and the young intermingle, is the soul of Jerez wines.
Taste
To serve a glass of Cream Romate is to open a door to the senses. Its bright mahogany colour anticipates the experience. Bring it closer to the nose and you will discover notes of dried fruits, wood and caramel, with a spicy background reminiscent of vanilla and cocoa.
