Description

Tissot Arbois Vin Jaune Les Bruyères is a wine of great distinction produced in the Jura region of France. This wine is made exclusively from the Savagnin grape variety, which is grown in the vineyards located on the Les Bruyères estate.

Winemaking

The production process of Tissot Arbois Vin Jaune Les Bruyères is meticulous and traditional. After the grapes are harvested by hand, they are fermented and then the wine is aged for a minimum of six years and three months in unfilled oak barrels, allowing a layer of natural yeasts, known as "flor", to form on the surface of the wine, protecting it from oxidation. This unique method of ageing gives the wine its distinctive and complex characteristics.

Taste
