This wine is produced on a 1 hectare plot located at the foot of the Cote du Py, on a south-east facing colluvium slope, with a density of 4,500 to 5,000 vines per hectare and a goblet pruning. The grape variety used is Gamay, grown 100% organically and with vines of an average age of 40 years.
