L'Ether Créatif Anti-Héros is an exceptional wine produced by Marina Santos and Israel Dedea in the Beaujolais region of France. This wine is made from Gamay grapes from old vines planted in the 1960s on pink and blue granite soils, located in Vaux-en-Beaujolais.
Winemaking
The vinification of L'Ether Créatif Anti-Héros is a careful, artisanal process. The grapes are partially destemmed and undergo a 3-day maceration, followed by ageing in both barrels and stainless steel tanks, which gives the wine a unique complexity and balance. Production is very limited, with only 600 bottles, which underlines the exclusivity of this wine.
