Description
L'Ether Créatif Divergent is a young aged red wine produced by Marina and Dede Santos in the Jura region of France under the Vin de France appellation. This wine is made from the Gamay grape variety. The fermentation is spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, using partially destemmed grapes and with a maceration of 3 days. Ageing is carried out in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels, and it is bottled without added sulphites, thus maintaining a more natural and authentic profile.
Taste
The taste of L'Ether Créatif Divergent is characteristically fragrant and light, ideal with appetizers and Iberian cured meats. It has a bright red colour, and on the nose it offers fresh and fruity aromas, typical of the Gamay grape. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced acidity and freshness, with notes of red fruits and a spicy touch that comes from its ageing in oak barrels.
