2019 saw very good weather, when the red grapes for the 2019 Beltza ripened thoroughly, and the crop was very healthy, taking the wine to 13% alcohol but keeping a lower pH than in 2018. This is herbal, wild and rustic, green and peppery, with pointy tannins. It needs food. 6,500 bottles were filled in March 2020.
