Description
Clos des Grillons Soleil 28 is a wine made by Nicolas Renaud in his 18 hectares biodynamic vineyard in Rochefort-sur-Gard, France. This white wine comes from a seven-day maceration of Clairette and Viognier grapes in whole bunches. Production is limited and carried out with minimal intervention, using only a small dose of sulphur. This careful process results in a wine with an airy intensity, remarkable smoothness and a saline touch.

Clos des Grillons Soleil 28 offers a complex and fresh aromatic profile. On the nose, it presents spicy notes, evoking yellow peach skin, orange peel and grapefruit, with hints of ripe apricot, quince, white flowers, and lychee. On the palate, it is refreshing, with a slightly velvety texture thanks to the contact with the lees. The freshness and subtle bitterness at the end of the palate make this wine an elegant and balanced choice, perfect to accompany light dishes and seafood.
