Description
The Auditori red wine is an exceptional expression of Garnacha, a variety that makes up 100% of its composition. This wine comes from old vines, aged between 70 and 90 years, located in poor, stony soils, with a mixture of clay, sand, pebbles and slate. This combination of factors contributes to the finesse, fruit, perfume and complexity that characterise Auditori.
Winemaking
The production of Auditori focuses on respecting the grape as much as possible, seeking to express the native varietal. A maceration of approximately 15 days is carried out, followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing for 12 months in very lightly toasted, fine-grained French oak barrels. It is important to note that Auditori has been an organic wine since the 2016 vintage.
Taste
Auditori stands out for its emotional balance and spiritual peace, evoking the sensation of being in an auditorium enjoying acoustic music. It has a very intense cherry colour and a balanced, expressive and mineral aroma, with hints of sweet spices, honeyed fruit and white flowers. On the palate, there is a well-defined structure, good acidity and finesse, with a nectar of fruit and tannins dressed in honey. This wine offers a symphony of pleasure and depth, with an immensity of spicy Mediterranean fruit.
Auditori has received numerous awards and high scores in various guides and competitions, such as the Peñín Guide, Proensa Guide, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate, and medals in competitions such as Grenaches du Monde. These distinctions reflect its exceptional quality and its outstanding position among Grenache wines worldwide.
