Buy Wine from Es D'Aqui
Es D'Aqui is the winery of Jean-Louis Pinto, a micro-businessman, who buys certified organic fruit from friends and the best terroirs to make his own natural wines. This winemaker bought his first vineyard in 2020 and planted his first hectare. It is located near Limoux, where he works in a small cellar under his family's house.

Pinto first buys small quantities of grapes from organic and biodynamic vineyards and then turns them into delicious cuvées. Of course, this is an exhaustive selection from the best terroirs of Gaillac, where his winemaker is based, but also from St Chinian, Malepère, Ariège and Corbières.
Thanks to his great knowledge of the area, he is able to choose isolated plots, thus avoiding the chemical products of other growers. The grapes are vinified separately so that each cuvée reflects the terroir, with minimal intervention and no additions of any kind.
Before making his own wine and going natural, he worked in a winery that produced 160,000 bottles a year. There was a before and after in that bottle he drank in 2010. A sip that changed his perception completely. Pinto makes around 8000 bottles a year, 600-1500 each of his 8 cuvées.
