Description
Susana Esteban Tricot is a creation of Sandra Tavares and Susana Esteban, two renowned winemakers in the world of wine. This wine comes from the Alentejo region, one of the most prestigious wine regions in Portugal. This wine is a reflection of the character of the Serra de São Mamede vineyards, which bring freshness and minimalism to the wine. In addition, the Touriga Nacional variety has a prominent presence, giving the wine an unmistakable character that results in an elegant, complex and harmonious drink.
Winemaking
Vinification was carried out in stainless steel tanks, followed by maceration after fermentation. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which were new and 70% used.
