Compared to the 2023, I found more elegance and balance in the 2024 Rojo y Negro. It's a more complete wine, with good ripeness, 13.5% alcohol, and full development of aromas and flavors, but it's subtle and elegant, a little shy at first, with a balanced and velvety mouthfeel. This is the classic cuvée started in the 1980s that now has a little more refinement. It fermented destemmed for two weeks in plastic bins and matured in a 600-liter Austrian oak barrel. 788 bottles were filled in November 2025.
