The bottle of the very young 2023 Brut Nature Blanco only had 12 months with lees in bottle and will not be released until the wine has 18 months, so this was a kind of preview. It has a smoky and leesy nose, young and fresh, clean, elegant and focused. It was produced with local grapes Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Garnacha Negra, Malvasía de Sitges and Xarel·lo Vermell with 11.5% alcohol a pH of 3.05. The bubbles are still a little aggressive, so it needs a little more time in bottle to calm down. 95,000 bottles produced. This is also part of Corpinnat.
