Description
Maxim Lannay Ca Bamboche is an aged white wine made from the Savagnin grape variety in the Jura region by the Maxim Lannay winery in France.
The grapes come from a vineyard planted on loamy and limestone soils, under a temperate climate with oceanic and continental variations in the Burgundy region.
This vineyard has been cultivated using conventional viticulture techniques with centuries-old know-how.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification is carried out in the winery after direct pressing of the grapes. The grapes are fermented very slowly with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
The wine is aged for 24 months in used French oak barrels with periodic refills. The resulting wine is bottled without filtering, fining or sulphiting.
Taste
Ca Bamboche is a wine with fruity and floral aromas. On the palate it has a sweet freshness and fine tannins, a perfect wine!
