Description
Lindes de Remelluri Viñedos de Peciña is a wine that reflects the authenticity and uniqueness of the village of Peciña, located in the parish of San Vicente de la Sonsierra. This wine is made from a blend of 75% Tempranillo and 25% Garnacha, which gives it a unique identity.
Winemaking
The vineyards are located at an altitude of between 637 and 672 metres above sea level, on chalky soils with good stoniness. The vines, between 40 and 60 years old, are cultivated in the traditional way and are harvested by hand. Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, followed by 12 months of ageing in oak barrels of different volumes. This careful process guarantees the preservation of the authentic flavours and the superior quality of the wine.
Taste
Lindes de Remelluri Viñedos de Peciña stands out for its perfumed and floral nose, with notes of red cherries and delicate violets. On the palate, it is an intense and structured wine, with soft and silky tannins. Flavours of forest fruits combine with a touch of aromatic Mediterranean herbs, bringing a lovely freshness that balances its concentrated fruit expression.
