Description
Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Lumière des Sens is a straw-coloured white wine with a peculiar taste, which denotes the presence of silky tannins. It is made from the processing of an autochthonous grape variety called Pineau d'Aunis, which is responsible for providing the flavour of this wine.
It is a wine made using special techniques that allow the natural flavour of the fruit to prevail, as it follows the philosophy of the winery's founding oenologists.
Winemaking
Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Lumière des Sens is a single varietal white wine made from Pineau d'Aunis grapes. A fruit that has been treated using 100% artisanal techniques to achieve the natural expression that characterises this grape.
The harvesting phase is carried out without destemming the fruit, and after the pressing process, the must of the grapes is subjected to a spontaneous fermentation process, using the grape's indigenous yeasts.
After this phase, it is aged for 2 years in oak barrels, and then bottled without undergoing filtering, clarification or the addition of any type of sulphites.

Les Vignes de L'Ange Vin Lumière des Sens is a fresh and fruity wine, with peculiar aromas of red and black fruits, balanced with hints of spices. In its taste you will notice the presence of silky tannins.
