Description
Le Coste Bianco R is a rarity born in the heart of Italy, specifically in the Alta Tuscia region, in the province of Viterbo, Lazio. This white wine comes from the Procanico (Trebbiano) variety, grown on old vines in goblet-trained vines in the 'La Chiesa' vineyard. These vines sit on light, tuffaceous soils rich in volcanic minerals, which gives the wine unique and distinctive characteristics.
Winemaking
Vinification is carried out by means of a light maceration of 3 weeks, together with alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels. The wine is then aged for 20 months in very old barrels.
Taste
Le Coste Bianco R is an orange wine with a beautiful hue reminiscent of the colour of Earl Grey tea. On the nose, seductive aromas of ripe apricot stand out, intertwined with subtle notes of honeycomb and floral nuances. On the palate, this wine surprises with a well-structured palate, balancing its richness of flavours with a lovely freshness. Each sip is a delightful experience that combines apricot and honey sweetness with floral vivacity, making this orange wine an exquisite choice for any occasion.
