Derived entirely from the 2018 vintage and sourced from Vertus and the southern Côte de Blancs, the NV Brut Nature de Craie delivers aromas of pear, almond paste, citrus oil and white flowers. Medium to full-bodied, tangy and incisive, it's saline and chalky, with a pretty pinpoint mousse. It's vinified and disgorged without sulfur.

Winemaking
Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees in French oak barrels for 6 months. Complete malolactic fermentation, second fermentation in bottle with a minimum ageing of 24 months and disgorged by hand without final dosage (Brut Nature), unfiltered and without added sulphites.
