Description
Gazur is an organic wine from Ribera del Duero, made from a blend of grape varieties: Tinto Fino, Navarro, Valenciano and Albillo Mayor. The grapes come from 22 hectares of certified vineyards located near Burgos, Soria and Aranda de Duero. This wine stands out for its smoothness, lightness and youth, which makes it very accessible and excellent value for money.
Winemaking
The production of Gazur includes fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks. Ageing is carried out in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
Taste
In terms of flavour, Gazur has a very attractive and balanced profile. It has a cherry red colour with a violet rim. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas with a predominance of red fruits and spicy notes. On the palate, it is a tasty and fruity wine, with a well-marked acidity and good length on the palate. The recommended serving temperature for this wine is 16 ºC.
