Description
The Pouilly-Fuissé Les Insarts wine is a wine determined by its structure and the special aromas and flavours, classified by the tasters as rich and opulent. The winery that produces this wine aims to offer the market the clarity and freshness of the fruit, in a natural way.
It is a mature wine that reveals in each sip the richness of where it comes from, combining citrus and sweet tones that give the palate the freshness of a good white wine.
It has a marked intensity in a bright yellow, with a complex and changing taste that classifies it as a unique version of the wines of the Château de Beauregard winery.
Winemaking
The Pouilly-Fuissé Les Insarts wine comes from the processing of a single type of grape, the Chardonnay, which is why it is defined as a single varietal. After being cultivated in clay and calcareous soils, which are decisive in its flavour, the grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring that each cluster retains the freshness, flavour and distinctive aroma of this wine.
Then, the fruit is subjected to a selection process where only the best grapes qualify to be pressed and the must is extracted. This liquid is then fermented in Burgundian oak barrels and aged for 11 months.
