Alexandre Lamblot is a name that resonates with those who seek champagnes with soul. He is the 13th generation of his family in these lands, but far from being content with the inheritance he has received, he has decided to go one step further. His vision focuses on biodynamic viticulture, letting nature guide the process and making wines that are a pure reflection of the terroir.
Alexandre Lamblot Réserve Perpétuelle is a cuvée with character, composed of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Its grapes come from vineyards located in Vrigny and Chenay, in the Petite Montagne de Reims, where the sandy soils provide a very particular identity. But what really distinguishes these vineyards is Lamblot's commitment to agroforestry: he has planted more than a hundred species of fruit trees among the vines to encourage biodiversity and break with monoculture.
Winemaking
Winemaking is an art that is left to patience. Alexandre Lamblot Réserve Perpétuelle ferments in oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation, preserving its freshness and natural tension. It then spends more than three years on its lees, developing complexity before being manually stirred with remuage and disgorging à la volée. And here there are no shortcuts: without dosage, it is a Brut Nature in all its expression.
