Ull de Llebre wine is one of the most iconic wines of the Joan Rubió winery, which is located in the wine region of Catalonia, Spain. This wine is known for its intense flavour, which is due to the fact that it is made from grapes of the Ull de Llebre variety.
This fruit is a red grape that is grown in several wine regions of Spain, also known as Tempranillo, and although it is a very common type of grape in the manufacture of wine, the Joan Rubió winery has excelled in using unique techniques in its production, thus achieving that the Ull de Llebre grapes have a special flavour and high quality in it.
Elaboration
Joan Rubió's Ull de Llebre wine is made by carefully harvesting and selecting the ripe grapes. After this, the grapes are taken to the winery, where they are pressed and fermented in French oak barrels.
