The 2021 Cruz Santa fermented with 100% full clusters and indigenous yeasts in plastic bin and matured in used 500-liter oak barrels for 11 months. It has 11.4% alcohol and a pH of 3.58 with 5.25 grams of acidity. It has a pale and bright ruby color, and the nose has an herbal twist (moss) and an ashy character intermixed with wild berries, spices and crushed rocks. The palate is fine and balanced, with very fine tannins. Very elegant and expressive. 2,500 bottles were filled in October 2022.

Winemaking
The production of Suertes del Marqués Cruz Santa begins with the careful selection of the grapes, which are grown in the Orotava Valley.
