I tasted two vintages of their Garnacha/Giró red, starting with the 2023 Rojo y Negro, which was marginally darker than the 2024 I tasted next to it. There is a sensation of higher ripeness, despite being half a degree less in alcohol, 13% here, and it has a little more body and extraction. There are notes of red berries, Mediterranean herbs, some lactic hints and sweet spices. This wine has more impact from the oak than the 2024. Only 800 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2024.
