Ve d'Avior Son Llebre Blanc is made following a careful, artisanal process. After manual harvesting, the Malvasia and Premsal grapes are carefully selected.
In the winery, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation is carried out using indigenous yeasts present in the grapes themselves. During this process, there is prolonged contact with the skins, which gives the wine greater complexity and character.
