Description
Maxim Lannay Take My Coconut is an aged white wine made from the Chardonnay grape variety in the Jura region by the Maxim Lannay winery in France.
The grapes come from plots with loam and limestone soils and temperate climate with oceanic and continental variations in Meursault; this is a French town and commune, in the Burgundy region.
This vineyard has been cultivated with conventional viticulture techniques with a centuries-old and even millenary know-how.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification is carried out in the winery after direct pressing of the grapes. Maceration is carried out for two months. The grapes are fermented very slowly with indigenous yeasts and without temperature control.
This wine is aged for 12 months in used oak barrels. Maxim Lannay Take My Coconut is bottled unfiltered, unclarified and unsulphited.

Maxim Lannay Take My Coconut is a wine with fruity and floral aromas in continuous interaction with mineral notes. The palate is round, balanced with superb minerality and an acidity that gives it energy and ageing potential.
