Clos des Grillons Oeillet Rouge(s) offers a rich and complex taste experience. With its artisanal and natural winemaking process, this French red wine from Grenache grapes shows a harmony of flavours and aromas, ranging from fresh red fruits to spicy notes and toasty nuances from the French oak ageing.
On the palate, its silky texture and balanced acidity give it a long persistence on the palate, which has been gaining popularity among good wine lovers.
Winemaking
This exquisite wine is the result of a careful winemaking process. The Garnacha grapes are selected by hand and harvested at the optimum moment of ripeness. After this, a cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out to extract the characteristic aromas and flavours of the grapes.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by ageing in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Finally, bottling is carried out and an additional period of ageing in the bottle. This artisanal winemaking process allows the wine to express its full aromatic and taste potential.

Clos des Grillons Oeillet Rouge(s) red wine has a medium body with an aromatic intensity and complexity that unfolds on the nose and in the mouth. In that vein, its flavour profile includes notes of fresh red fruits and spices, with a subtle hint of oak ageing.
