Description
The winery Château Le Puy has created the Barthélemy wine. It is a masterpiece that reflects the nuances of the "Les Rocs" plot in Bordeaux, France, where the Merlot grapes are grown, from which this rich and juicy red wine is made.
Since about 1990, all the wines produced in this winery are made under a careful ecological process, during which the use of synthetic products or additives is avoided. This careful work is undoubtedly reflected in the quality of the wine.
Winemaking
The Barthélemy wine of the Château Le Puy winery is made from Merlot grapes, which are carefully selected in order to choose the best ones. The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes are harvested according to the lunar calendar.
Afterwards, this wine is aged for almost two years in oak barrels in which other wines have been aged before. Finally, it is bottled without fining or filtering.
