This wine comes from the Burgundy region, specifically from the Chablis vineyards, located in a small valley called"Vaillons", derived from the Latin word "vallis" which means elongated space between two elevated areas.

The winemaking of this wine stands out for its individual fermentation of grapes from six different plots within Vaillons, which are then blended and aged for several months, providing aromatic complexity and refined structure.
