The Pavillon Blanc has a very lifted, very pure bouquet with lovely scents of dried pineapple, vanilla, white peach and honeysuckle...nigh irresistible. The palate is medium-bodied with great fruit intensity on the entry; yellow plum, vanilla, custard creams and a touch of guava wrapped up in crisp acidity from start to finish. It is very harmonious towards the finish. Superb. Tasted April 2012.
