Description
Cosmic Les Fades del Calcari, a unique creation of Celler Còsmic Vinyaters, is an authentic expression of the Penedès region. This table wine, produced in the El Cup del Benet vineyard (Masllorenç 1965), is a limited edition of 1,525 bottles, standing out for its exclusive character. Made from 100% Sumoll grapes, this wine reflects a commitment to organic viticulture and a deep connection with the terroir, characterised by shallow calcareous clays.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly without destemming. Fermentation is spontaneous, using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with the fermentation ending in a glass bottle. This method highlights the purity and authentic expression of the terroir. The wine is neither filtered nor stabilised, maintaining its natural and authentic character, with a total sulphite content of only 8mg/l.
