The 2023 Miguelito Jackson, which carries the subtitle Blan de Nuar, a pun on blanc de noirs, is mostly Baboso Negro and then Listán Negro, Verijadiego Negro, Listán Blanco and Verijadiego with a direct pressing and a fermentation with indigenous yeasts. It has 13% alcohol with a pH of 3.65 and 4.8 grams of acidity. It has a ripe nose and a gentle palate with a bitter and salty twist. It's less vertical than in previous years. This was bottled unoaked in June 2024 after nine months with fine lees. 1,000 bottles produced.
