The 2020 Artífice Listán Blanco was produced with Listán Blanco (Palomino) from 10 old vineyards. Eighty percent of the volume fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in used 500-liter oak barrels, with the rest in concrete. It's creamier and rounder, with a gentle mouthfeel, the spice is more integrated and it has a pungent finish but all in a subtler way. 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2021.
