Winemaking
Ve d'Avior Bosqueta 2022 is made following an ancestral method that highlights its unique character. After the grapes are harvested at their optimum ripeness, a careful selection is made to guarantee the maximum quality of the wine.
The grapes are then macerated for 15 days, where they come into contact with the skins. This process allows a greater concentration of aromas, flavours and tannins to be extracted, adding complexity to the wine.
Subsequently, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Finally, the wine rests in oak barrels, where it acquires its elegance and structure before bottling.
