Disgorged in January 2015 with five grams of dosage, the NV (Les Mottelettes) Bouzy Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut is entirely based on 2009. It starts very clear and fruit-intense on the nose, and is full-bodied and bigger, but less precise than 2010. The finish is a bit more austere than in 2010, but it is complex and very persistent. Dosed a bit sweeter than the 2010, it does not have the precision and definition of the successor.
