L'Opéra des Vins Opéra Blanc is a white wine with a personality defined by its penetrating and accentuated flavour, which denotes the naturalness with which the fruit has been treated.
This wine is the result of the processing of Chenin grapes, which gives the wine a characteristic acidity combined with earthy tones. The grapes have been treated with techniques that promote the naturalness of the grapes.
It is a wine that is also distinguished by the depth of its flavour and the presence of minerals, one of the characteristics of this winery's wines.
Winemaking
L'Opéra des Vins Opéra Blanc is a single varietal white wine, as it has been made with 100% Chenin grape variety. In this fruit, which has not only been cultivated using traditional techniques, but also in the harvesting process, the minimum intervention of the fruit is ensured, so that the naturalness of the grape's flavour prevails.
After the harvest, the fruit undergoes a pressing phase and is then fermented with indigenous yeasts. It is a wine with a very short ageing phase, using stainless steel barrels for this process.
The bottling process is carried out without being subjected to filtering processes, nor are sulphites added that could alter the flavour.
Taste
L'Opéra des Vins Opéra Blanc has a bright colour that shows that it is a unique wine. Its aromatic notes denote the presence of vegetal tonalities and white flowers, and in the mouth some mineral touches can be appreciated.
