Description
Júlia Bernet 60x40 Brut Nature is a sparkling wine made from two separately vinified varieties: Chardonnay and Xarel-lo. The exact proportion is 60% Chardonnay and 40% Xarel-lo, hence its distinctive name.
Winemaking
The second fermentation is carried out following the traditional method, resulting in a wine aged for a minimum of 36 months. This long ageing gives it a very fine bubble and a peculiar and complex aroma, which develops secondary and varied aromas. On the palate, it is oily with toasted touches, and can even be likened to a Champagne.

Júlia Bernet 60x40 Brut Nature stands out for its fine and integrated bubbles, the result of its long ageing. Its nose is intense, complex and fresh, offering a wide aromatic range with fruity, herbaceous notes and subtle hints of dried fruits. On the palate, it is ample, structured, creamy and harmonious. It is a dry, sweet wine, with toasty notes that invite you to have another glass, and that you will enjoy until the bottle reaches its end. Its profile makes it very gastronomic, being suitable for consistent dishes and versatile in pairings, from fish and seafood to meat and more robust dishes.
