Made with 100% Grecanico and aged in amphorae, the organic COS 2022 Pithos Bianco opens to a cloudy appearance with amber and orange highlights. To the nose, the wine has a rather neutral bouquet with hints of honey, apricot and canned corn. Pithos Bianco has a bitter side, with dusty white wine tannins at the back. This is a bottle for natural wine enthusiasts.
