Winemaking

Christian Tschida Himmel Auf Erden Rosé is a complex rosé that is difficult to fully define. Its aroma is stony and dusty, evoking the minerality of the soil where the grapes grow. On the palate, it surprises with a marked acidity and a tartaric palate. Fruity notes are evident, with strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb flavours, complemented by hints of grapefruit citrus and a saline nuance.
