Description
Anaïs Fanti Pampa Rosa is a rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. The young vines, planted on clay and limestone soils in Ammerschwihr, Alsace, are approximately 8 years old.
Winemaking
The vinification of Anaïs Fanti Pampa Rosa involves a 24-hour maceration with whole bunches of grapes before pressing in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine rests for about a year. This careful winemaking gives Pampa Rosa a distinctive bright ruby hue and a unique flavour profile.
Taste
Anaïs Fanti Pampa Rosa is characterised by an explosion of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, balanced with a touch of tannin and slight bitterness. On the nose, reductive aromas reminiscent of toasted sesame, so it is recommended to decant the wine before drinking to better appreciate its complexity. On the palate, the wine has a soft sweetness and vibrant acidity, which blend harmoniously to offer a fresh and extended tasting experience. Flavours of sweet spices such as clove and hints of dates add depth and complexity to the palate, making this rosé a light but profound choice for wine lovers.
