Description
Planetes de Nin Garnatxes en Àmfora is a red wine with a predominance of the red Grenache variety produced in the D.O.Q. Priorat by the Nin-Ortiz family in Porrera, Tarragona. Priorat by the Bodega Familia Nin-Ortiz in Porrera, Tarragona.
These grapes come from the Planetes estate in Porrera, from 2 young vineyards planted 17 years ago on llicorella and ferral soils at an altitude of 650 metres above sea level. This has allowed this wine to express the typicality of the area.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. In the winery, fermentation begins spontaneously, with the winery's own yeast and in amphorae. Maceration lasts 4 weeks.
The wine is then aged for 7 months in the same tanks without the addition of sulphur.
Taste
A ripe, expressive, delicious wine with hints of fruit. A tasty, fresh, complex and very elegant Priorat red, a wine to enjoy!
A very singular red wine
Planetes de Nin Garnatxes en Àmfora is a natural wine of organic and biodynamic production produced by the Bodega Familia Nin-Ortiz.
The winery is run by Ester Nin and Carles Ortiz, two people in love with the steep slate slopes of Priorat and biodynamic agriculture.
In the gastronomic field it is perfect as an accompaniment to meals such as roast chicken, duck and grilled red meats.
